All content on HEAVENAA, including but not limited to brand logos, product photography, editorial imagery, textile designs, fragrance descriptions, website layouts, and software code, is the exclusive intellectual property of HEAVENAA / Heaven's Wear and is protected by Indian and international copyright and trademark laws.

3. Stock Availability & Orders

All orders placed on HEAVENAA are subject to stock availability. While we endeavor to maintain real-time inventory synchronization, item availability cannot be guaranteed until your order is processed. If an item becomes unavailable following order placement, our concierge team will notify you immediately and issue a full refund.

4. Pricing & Payment Terms

Prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless specified otherwise. We reserve the right to revise product pricing at any time. Online payments are secured via Razorpay. By providing payment details, you confirm that you are authorized to use the chosen payment method.

5. User Conduct & Account Responsibility

You agree to provide accurate and complete account details. You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials. We reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, or cancel orders at our discretion if fraudulent activity is suspected.

6. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Jabalpur, Madhya Pradesh, India.
