RETURN & REFUND POLICY

1. Return Policy Overview

At HEAVENAA (operating as Heaven's Wear), customer satisfaction is paramount. If you are not entirely satisfied with your luxury purchase, we offer a structured return and refund process subject to the terms outlined below.

2. Return Window & Request Timelines

• Initiation Window: A return request must be formally initiated with our concierge team within 3 days of order delivery.
• Acceptance Window: Physical returns are accepted and must be received at our warehouse within 7 days of order delivery.
• Mandatory Unboxing Video Proof: Customers must record a continuous video while opening the parcel as proof that the product was damaged from our side; if a video is not available for proof, the order will not be refunded or returned.
• Item Condition: Returned products must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and undamaged, with all original HEAVENAA brand tags, security seals, and luxury packaging intact.

3. Return Shipping Charges

The customer is responsible for all return shipping fees and arrangements, unless the wrong product or a damaged/defective product is delivered by HEAVENAA. In cases of damaged or incorrect items, HEAVENAA will arrange complimentary reverse pickup or reimburse reasonable shipping costs upon proof.

4. Refund Processing & Payment Method

Upon receipt and quality inspection of the returned merchandise at our facility:

• If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method via Razorpay within 5 to 7 business days.
• Shipping charges paid on the original order are non-refundable unless the return is due to a merchant defect or delivery error.

5. Orders & Stock Availability

All orders placed on HEAVENAA are strictly subject to stock availability. In the event an item is out of stock after order confirmation, HEAVENAA reserves the right to cancel the order and issue a 100% immediate refund.

6. Governing Law & Dispute Jurisdiction

This Return & Refund Policy shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws of India. Any disputes arising hereunder shall fall within the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Jabalpur, Madhya Pradesh, India.
